Ways to Get Involved

Here's how you can get involved in Heart Failure Awareness Week 2024! More details about each activity can be found on the Activities page.

1. Follow HFSA on Facebook, InstagramTwitter and YouTube and keep watching for #HFWeek2024 posts!

2. Follow the campaign hashtags: #HFWeek2024 and #MyHFStory2024

3. Become a promoter and access our social media kit here to help us spread awareness! We've drafted content and included web banners and social media graphics you can edit and share on your channels.

4. Follow HFSA on Instagram! We'll be highlighting something different throughout the week, but don't miss our Patient/Caregiver Instagram Takeover on February 14, as our patient/caregiver advocate uses the day to show us what it's like to be a patient living with HF as well as a caregiver.

5. Listen to a NEW two-part episode of the Heart Failure Beat Healthy Living podcast, set to be released on Tuesday, February 13 and Friday, February 16. The episode will feature a discussion on clinical trials - why they are so important for patients and what patient expectations look like. You won't want to miss this important update!

6. Follow #MyHFStory2024 all week as people living with heart failure share their stories across Facebook and Instagram. If you're a patient, jump into the conversation and share your own story on social media! Don't know how to get started? Learn more and view our How To Guide here.

7. Make a gift in honor of the heart failure hero in your life to the Heart Failure Research Foundation and help impact the future of heart failure research.

8. Sign up for the HFSA Heart Failure Awareness 365 eNewsletter! Heart failure affects millions around the world. That's why, we share patient resources and tools all year long through our Heart Failure Awareness 365 campaign. Sign up for the eNewsletter to have these tools delivered right to your inbox.

9. Post details of local heart failure awareness events and activities on Instagram and be sure to tag #hfweek2024 and @heartfailuresociety.
