Physician – $480
MDs, DOs, or equivalent engaged in heart failure practice or research, located in the U.S.
Nurse Practitioner/APP – $240
Nurse Practitioners, or equivalent engaged in heart failure practice or research, located in the U.S.
RN Nurse (non APP) – $130
NEW FOR 2024 – this new category is for RN nurses without an advanced degree beyond RN. Any advanced degree beyond RN puts you in the Nurse Practitioner/APP member category.
Pharmacist – $240
Pharmacists, Pharmacologists, or equivalent engaged in heart failure practice or research, located in the U.S.
Physician Assistant – $240
PAs or equivalent engaged in heart failure practice or research, located in the U.S.
International – $420
All healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, pharmacists, scientists, researchers, professors, or equivalent located outside the U.S., are engaged in the field of heart failure.
Trainee – Complimentary
Individuals enrolled full-time in undergraduate or graduate medical, nursing, pharmacy, or PA programs, as well as residents, fellows, and pre-and postdoctoral trainees.
Basic / PhD Scientist – $240
Scientists, researchers, professors, or equivalent engaged in heart failure practice or research.
Non-Medical/Industry – $240
Non-medical members of the heart failure team, such as technicians, pharmaceutical/industry representatives, administrative and allied personnel, who are engaged in heart failure practice or research.
Other Health Care Professionals – $240
Members of the heart failure team who are engaged in heart failure practice or research.
