The Heart Failure Society of America (HFSA) has the distinction of Joint Accreditation for Interprofessional Continuing Education™ by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Accreditation Program (ANCC). 

Joint Accreditation allows the HFSA to simultaneously provide medical, nursing, and pharmacy continuing education activities – virtual and in person – through a single, unified set of accreditation standards.

With HFSA serving members of the full multidisciplinary care provider team, JA is a tremendous achievement and a critical element of HFSA’s educational programming and membership offerings. Team-based care for people living with heart failure is vital to the success of heart failure treatments. HFSA is committed to delivering education developed by and for a multidisciplinary team.
