Optimal Medical Therapy in Heart Failure Certificate Program (OMT-HF)
The Optimal Medical Therapy in Heart Failure Certificate Program (OMT-HF) gives healthcare providers who do not specialize in heart failure the opportunity to learn about therapies, dosing and prescription optimization to better manage their heart failure patients.

HFSA offers a variety of awards to heart failure care providers, including a Distinguished HFSA Member Award, Distinguished Leadership Award, Lifetime Achievement Award, Clinical Excellence in Nursing Award, Nursing Research Leadership Award, and Pioneer Award.

Combined ERAS/NRMP Match for Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology (AHFTC)
HFSA sponsors participation in the National Resident Matching Program® (NRMP) Medical Specialties Matching Program (MSMP) for Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology (AHFTC) fellowships and the American Association of Medical Colleges Electronic Residency Application Service® (ERAS®) for AHFTC residencies.
