Tell Us How Your Heart Failure Treatments Have Improved Your Life
This year's Heart Failure Awareness Week theme is Heartbeat of Research. HFSA would like to highlight the medical advancements that have been made in the heart failure field, and how they have helped patients like you. This includes procedures or surgeries, medications, implanted devices, or other technologies or therapies that help you manage your heart failure.
The opinions presented in any #MyHFStory2024 post or Patient Perspective videos do not necessarily reflect the opinions or recommendations of the Heart Failure Society of America. Furthermore, HFSA does not endorse any medications or treatments discussed in these posts or videos.
