During Heart Failure Awareness Week 2024, the Heart Failure Society of America (HFSA) is celebrating the Heartbeat of Research and the importance research plays in advancing patient care.
You can help impact the future of heart failure research by making a gift in honor of the heart failure hero in your life to the Heart Failure Research Foundation.
The Heart Failure Research Foundation is an HFSA initiative to support early career investigators and encourage novel ideas for heart failure treatment.
Honor a provider, researcher, colleague, caregiver or patient from the heart failure community who has inspired you. When you make your tax-deductible gift to the Foundation and share a message with us about your heart failure hero, HFSA Staff will send a note to your heart failure hero about the gift they inspired.
Why Robin Supports the Heart Failure Research Foundation
Robin Gage lost two husbands to unexpected aortic ruptures. She was later diagnosed with heart failure and is now a patient advocate committed to raising awareness for the disease. She is passionate about clinical research and its ability to push heart failure care forward. She also is an advocate for living a healthy lifestyle to support the prevention of heart-related diseases.
Robin recently gave a generous gift to the Heart Failure Research Foundation and encourages others to support the cause so no one has to experience sudden loss the way her family did.
