Exercise Testing in Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy (HCM): Who, Why, and How?

What is the quality-of-life impact of exercise intolerance in HCM? This program explores this question, with a focus on pVO2 as an objective, prognostic and reproducible measure of functional capacity at patient presentation and throughout management. Through a case study presentation, attendees also will better understand patient under-reporting of HCM symptoms and acceptance of the limitations imposed by the disease.
