The Heart Failure Society of America (HFSA) will host a virtual program of education and support for heart failure patients and caregivers. The program will give patients and caregivers the opportunity to participate in interactive educational sessions with the leading experts in the field.
Time will be designated for both patients and caregivers to ask questions of the experts and learn from others through peer-to-peer discussion.
Objectives
- Provide engaging and patient-centered education on all aspects of heart failure treatment and management
- Empower patients and caregivers to play an active role in their care through a better understanding of heart failure
- Identify available resources that offer support and encouragement in the management of heart failure

Any patient or caregiver who wishes to explore advances in heart failure treatment and management and engage in conversations around improving conditions
