HFSA is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors has selected the following leaders to serve as officers and board members for the society, with terms starting at the conclusion of the HFSA Annual Scientific Meeting 2022 (September 30 - October 3, 2022):

James Fang, MD of the University of Utah will serve as President-Elect in the 2022-2023 cycle. Dr. Fang will serve as President from 2023-2024 and Past President from 2024-2025

Michael Felker, MD of the Duke Clinical Research Institute will serve as Secretary from 2022 to 2024

The following members were selected as Board members for the 2022-2024 term:

• Michelle Kittleson, MD of the California Heart Center
• Natalie Pierson, MSN, RN of the University of Penn
• Orly Vardeny of the University of Minnesota

Upon completion of ASM, John Teerlink, MD, FHFSA will become the 2022-2023 President at HFSA. Current President Mark Drazner, MD, MSc, FHFSA will become Immediate Past President.
