Cancellation Policy

All registration cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing at least six weeks before the program (by May 31, 2024). A refund of all fees, minus a $100 administration fee, will be given for cancellations received by that date. Substitutions are accepted. A transfer of your full registration to another individual is permitted prior to the conference by submitting a written request to info@hfsa.org at least six weeks before the annual meeting (by May 31, 2024). All transfers must be submitted by the original registrant and accompanied by proof of the original confirmation letter. The original registrant is responsible for all financial obligations associated with that substitution, including any balance due based on member/non-member pricing, etc. Funds from the program may not be transferred to another program.
