HFSA Members will automatically receive complimentary access to the OnDemand recording and may claim CME credits at no additional cost through the HFSA Learning Center once available.
Non-members who wish to access the OnDemand recording and/or claim CME credits must purchase the OnDemand product separately through the HFSA Learning Center for $65 once available.

Cancellation Policy
All registration cancellation and refund requests must be made to [email protected] in writing two weeks prior to the event. No refunds will be granted for requests postmarked after two weeks.
