The Heart Failure Society of America (HFSA) is conducting a comprehensive job analysis as an initial step towards creating a Heart Failure Provider Certification Program. If you are a physician, nurse practitioner, physician assistant, or pharmacist with direct clinical practice in the care of patients with heart failure, HFSA is seeking your help.
