Planning for the 19th Annual Scientific Meeting is officially underway! We would like to extend an invitation to interested persons to submit proposals for the meeting to be held September 26-29, 2015 at the Gaylord National Resort and Convention Center, National Harbor, MD.We are seeking:

• New session ideas
• New format ideas
• Any other ideas that you may find compelling

How to Submit Ideas

Download the form and submit your proposals by November 24, 2014. All proposals will be considered by the Program Committee, which reserves the right to modify and combine proposals, including content and speakers.
