Tegan Breedlove has been a lifelong learner and mover. She began her movement training in the dance world getting her BFA in dance from Florida State. Tegan began teaching dance to children and adults and then wanted to have information to improve student’s strength and endurance. To do this she got training as a Pilates instructor, and aerobics instructor. Never one to sit on her laurels Tegan then decided that further training was desired to this end Tegan earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Central Arkansas. Tegan joined the team at Baptist Memphis treating patients in the acute care setting.  Baptist Memphis has a renowned heart hospital where she has spent time treating patients with a myriad of cardiac diagnosis. Tegan is currently the manager of the Rehabilitation Department at Baptist Memphis where she has had the opportunity to participate in delivery of the Pritikin Intensive Cardiac Rehab program. This combination of therapeutic use of movement and the medical information for cardiopulmonary training is essential to share usable tips to manage changes in life.
