Michelle Routhenstein, MS, RD, CDCES, CDN, is the owner of Entirely Nourished, a nutrition counseling and consulting private practice specializing in the prevention and management of heart disease.
Michelle is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist who takes a science-based, personalized approach to improve heart function and address cardiometabolic risk factors to help increase quality of life and reduce the risk of heart attacks, strokes and cardiovascular complications.

Michelle earned her Bachelor’s degree in Clinical Nutrition at New York University (NYU), her Master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition from NYU, and completed her dietetic residency at NYU. Before establishing her private practice, Michelle gained valuable experience on the surgical floor of New York City hospitals, including a level 1 trauma center, where she played a crucial role in managing various high-intensity clinical diagnoses. Michelle is a member of several medical advisory boards, including the National Menopause Foundation and the Forbes Health advisory board.
