Dr Tomalin is an Assistant Professor working for the Department of Population Health Science and Policy at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. He has extensive expertise applying Biostatistical and Bioinformatic methods to a broad range of biomedical fields including Cardiovascular Disease, Dermatology and Viral Infection, with an emphasis on immunology. He specializes in the analysis of longitudinal high-throughput data, such as RNA-seq and mass-cytometry, utilizing advanced methods such as linear-mixed effects models and machine-learning.
