Dr. Lekha Racharla is an Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania. She received her undergraduate education from Rutgers and subsequently graduated from Rowan School of Osteopathic Medicine as part of a rigorous 7 year integrated medical program. Thereafter, she completed her Internal Medicine residency and Cardiovascular Disease fellowship at Lehigh Valley Health Network. During her training at Lehigh Valley Health Network, she served as Chief Cardiology Fellow. Dr. Racharla’s clinical interests lie in the management of cardiogenic shock, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, and women’s cardiovascular diseases. She is excited to return to Lehigh Valley Health Network as an Advanced Heart Failure & Transplant Cardiology physician.
Outside the hospital, Dr. Racharla enjoys maintaining an active lifestyle with running, tennis, and a newfound enthusiasm for pickleball. She is a firm believer in the importance of food in creating healthier lives, embracing a holistic approach to medicine in her practice. You’ll frequently find her in the kitchen, enthusiastically creating and experimenting with nutritious recipes.
