The Journal of Cardiac Failure is pleased to announce a Call for Papers for a forthcoming issue of the Journal focusing on Pregnancy and Heart Failure. Drs. Kathryn Lindley and Mary (Minnow) Walsh will serve as co-guest editors for this issue. We invite submission of original research studies, reviews, brief reports, and research letters that address any aspect of heart failure and pregnancy, including (but not limited to) basic mechanisms, epidemiology, pathophysiology, prevention, diagnosis, management, and prognosis.
Due to the high numbers of COVID-19 related submissions, and the subsequent July mini-focus issue containing several of them, JCF will reschedule the planned fall 2020 Pregnancy and Heart Failure focus issue to the end of 2020/beginning of 2021. JCF will therefore extend the previous Pregnancy and Heart failure deadline for submission of manuscripts to August 15, 2020.
To submit your paper, please go to the Journal website, www.onlinejcf.com, indicating in your cover letter that the paper is intended for the focus issue. All papers will undergo standard external peer review, in keeping with the Journal’s policies, and at the discretion of the editors.
