Jennifer Cook, MD, is board certified in Advanced Heart Failure, Mechanical Circulatory Support and Heart Transplantation. Currently Dr. Cook serves as Professor of Medicine and Section Chief, Advanced Heart Failure, Heart Transplantation and Mechanical Circulatory Support at the University of Cincinnati. Dr. Cook serves as the Chair of Education Committee for the Heart Failure Society of America.

Following medical school at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine, Dr. Cook completed her Internal Medicine residency at Medical University of South Carolina, and Cardiovascular Disease and Advanced Heart Failure fellowships at Barnes Jewish Hospital, Washington University School of Medicine in St. Louis.

Dr. Cook resides part time in Cincinnati, Ohio and part time in Tucson, AZ with her two school aged boys. Her hobbies include theology, writing, reading and hiking.
