JCF Express is part of the JCF Family of Journals' commitment to helping researchers efficiently find the right home for their impactful research without having to repeat the entire peer review process for their already reviewed paper by another journal.
Authors may submit manuscripts that went through rigorous peer review but were ultimately rejected from other cardiology journals as part of JCF Express: Court of Appeals review. The comments from previous reviewers (and the authors’ responses to these comments) as well as the revised text must be included in the initial submission as supplemental materials. The previous review will be considered by the editors in their initial review of the paper.
JCF Express: Court of Appeals process allows for an expedited review of most manuscripts. Authors should indicate in their cover letter their request to use JCF Express: Court of Appeals and select it as the Article Type when submitting their manuscript.
