The Advanced Heart Failure and Transplant Cardiology subspecialty focuses on diagnostic reasoning, clinical research, appropriate mechanical circulatory support and treatment, and patient-centered care in the management of advanced heart failure and cardiology transplant patients.
- Applicants to the NRMP must have completed a ACGME, RCPSC, or CFPC (Canadian) accredited cardiovascular disease residency program.
