The HFSA Mentoring Webinar Series, created and managed by the Early Career Committee for early career professionals across disciplines (MD/DO, RN, NP, PharmD, etc), provides practical pearls and guidance on navigating the path from training to clinical practice, as well as pursuing career transitions into roles that include academia, clinical administration and/or transitioning between the inpatient and outpatient patient care setting.

In this webinar, panelists will discuss what they wish they knew during the transition from training to faculty.

Experienced heart failure professionals from diverse disciplines—cardiology, nursing, pharmacy, and research—will share the lessons they wish they had known when starting out as new faculty members. Topics will include building your clinical and academic portfolio, managing competing responsibilities, finding mentorship, setting boundaries, and avoiding common pitfalls. Whether you're preparing to launch your career or already in your first faculty role, this session will offer practical advice, personal stories, and strategies to help you succeed in the next phase of your professional journey.

Registration is complimentary for all heart failure providers.
