On July 2nd, an article in draft version was published on the Journal of Cardiac Failure’s website by the publisher in error. The paper, “Trump Cardiomyopathy: A New Form of Takotsubo Cardiomyopathy,” previously underwent an editorial process, which included a title and terminology change to more accurately describe the specific form of cardiomyopathy that results from stress induced by political events. The more aptly titled manuscript, “Impeachment Cardiomyopathy: A New Form of Takotsubo Cardiomyopathy” is scheduled for publication in mid-July.
