Arianne Clare Agdamag, MD, FACC, is a staff physician in the Heart Failure & Transplantation Medicine Section of the Tomsich Family Department of Cardiovascular Medicine, Miller Family Heart, Vascular & Thoracic Institute. She sees patients at Main Campus. 
 
Specialty Interests: Heart failure, heart transplant, left ventricular assist device, cardiomyopathy, cardiogenic shock, cardio-oncology 
 
Experience: Dr. Agdamag is experienced in the diagnosis and management of heart failure, helping patients optimize their quality of life through lifestyle, medications, devices and surgery. She has expertise in performing heart biopsies, cardiac catheterizations and other procedures that may be part of a patient’s comprehensive, individualized plan of care. 
 
Dr. Agdamag is board certified in internal medicine, echocardiography, nuclear medicine,  cardiovascular disease, advanced heart failure and transplant cardiology. She is a fellow of the American College of Cardiology. 
 
Education: Dr. Agdamag graduated cum laude from the University of the Philippines College of Medicine, Manila. She completed her residency at Rush University Medical Center, Chicago, and a general cardiology fellowship at University of Minnesota, Minneapolis, where she was chief fellow during her final year of training. She completed her subspecialty training as a fellow in advanced heart failure and transplant at Cleveland Clinic. 
 
Dr. Agdamag joined the Cleveland Clinic staff in 2023 after completing her fellowship. 
 
Research, Publications and Speaking: Dr. Agdamag has coauthored more than two dozen research papers related to management of heart failure published in leading peer-reviewed medical journals. She frequently presents research abstracts at major national meetings, including American Heart Association and the Heart Failure Society of America Scientific Meeting.
