Letters of invitation for visa purposes will be provided by the HFSA office upon request. The letter of invitation is meant to assist international heart failure providers in obtaining a visa. The letter is not a commitment on the part of HFSA to provide any financial support. Please email your request to [email protected].

Cancelation and Change Policy
All cancellation and refund requests must be submitted in writing by August 28, 2026 (six weeks prior to the meeting).
- A refund of all fees, minus a $100 administrative fee, will be issued for cancellations received by this date.
- Substitutions are permitted and must be submitted in writing by the original registrant.
- The original registrant remains responsible for any applicable balance differences.
- Funds may not be transferred to another program.
No refunds or substitutions will be granted for requests postmarked after August 28, 2026.
