What are the safety protocols in place regarding COVID?

The CDC federal COVID-19 Public Health Declaration ended on May 11, 2023. 

HFSA is always committed to the health and safety of our attendees and will continue to monitor and update you on safety protocols and mandates as necessary.

Will attendees have to report COVID-19 symptoms or attest that they do not have symptoms daily?

Attendees will not be required to formally attest that they do not have symptoms. If an attendee experiences symptoms, they are asked to remain in their hotel room and stream sessions virtually, and contact HFSA staff at info@hfsa.org

What if I have special ADA requests or dietary restrictions?

We are committed to providing universal access to all our events and strive to accommodate everyone's needs. If you have any special requests related to ADA accessibility or dietary restrictions, please feel free to reach out Lindsey Best at lbest@gmimeetings.com.

Are masks required onsite at the HFSA Annual Scientific Meeting?

Masks are not required during ASM. Attendees are welcome to wear masks and maintain social distancing based on personal preferences. 

We will continue to monitor and update you on the safety protocols and mandates as necessary.
