With the exciting news that HFSA’s 2020 Annual Scientific Meeting has gone virtual, we are hard at work re-imagining our sponsorship and exhibitor opportunities for a digital platform. Among our highest priorities is selecting vendors that will provide robust and engaging experiences for our exhibitors, sponsors, speakers and attendees. We anticipate having additional details to share regarding the virtual offerings in late June.
Since our sponsors and exhibitors are an important component of the HFSA Virtual ASM, we would love to hear any feedback you may have from other virtual meetings (if you’ve participated in them), any ideas you might have, or concerns. Please share your thoughts here in this feedback form or email them to our conference coordinator Gudrun Echterhoff at firstname.lastname@example.org.
The HFSA Virtual Annual Scientific Meeting 2020 is the best venue in the field of heart failure to showcase your company’s products and services to thousands of key thought leaders and decision-makers. In 2019, HFSA grew its attendance by 30% breaking a record with 3,000 attendees. Now that the meeting has gone virtual we are expecting an even more diverse audience of dedicated heart failure team members. Don’t miss the opportunity to be a part of this exciting new event!
Emerging Therapies Row
Emerging Therapies Row is an exciting opportunity at this year’s HFSA meeting for companies early in development of diagnostics and therapies to the heart failure space. Emerging Therapies Row provides these companies the opportunity to share information about their emerging products. More information based on Virtual Emerging Therapies Row is coming soon.
Deadline: July 31, 2020
HFSA will be conducting the 2020 HFSA Annual Scientific Meeting as a virtual event. Read the full announcement. Emerging Therapies Row details are currently being determined by meeting staff and we look forward to sharing these with you soon. If you have questions, concerns, or ideas, share them here in this feedback form!
Each company will be given a designated time where you can present a 3-5 slide overview of your company to drive direct meeting participants to your table for additional follow-up and discussions.
We believe this will be an important opportunity for emerging medical technology companies looking to:
- Introduce your approach to physicians and identify potential FIH or other clinical trial sites
- Obtain market research/input from a large number of experienced HF physicians in terms of clinical trial or device design
- Get exposure to both small and large medical device companies for the purpose of potential investment and/or strategic partnership
More than 2,000 physicians, nurses and other health care related people are expected to attend the 2020 HFSA Annual Scientific Meeting this year. This is an unparalleled opportunity for you to have rapid access to a large group focused primarily on heart failure.
Companies accepted for the Emerging Therapies Row should not already be performing a pivotal clinical trial for regulatory approval.
Physicians with a bench prototype of a device are also eligible to apply for this opportunity.
Examples of information included at the exhibitor table:
- Model or demonstration of your diagnostic or device
- Videos to explain how diagnostic or device works
- Company brochures
- Other product information
- Clinical trial outlines
- Market research questionnaires
All Emerging Therapy applications received by the deadline will be listed in the Annual Scientific Meeting final program book and on the meeting app.
Emerging Therapies Row information will be included in email announcements to pre-registrants regarding exhibit hall activities.
All Emerging Therapies Row companies will be displayed on the HFSA website following the Annual Scientific Meeting.
