The Heart Failure Society of America designates this live activity for a maximum of
23.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits. Physicians should claim only the
credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
This program has been approved by the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN)
for 24.0 contact hours, Synergy CERP Category A, File number 00018857.
The CU Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences is accredited
by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing
pharmacy education. This program has been accredited for up to 17.5 contact hours.
To receive CE credit for this seminar, participants must complete all evaluations
for programs attended and provide their NABP eProfile ID number and month and day
of their birthdate. CE credit will be uploaded to CPE monitor within 60 days.
Credits will be provided for physicians and nurses who attend satellite symposium
programs. Satellite symposia on Sunday provide 2 hrs of credit; Monday and Tuesday
satellites provide 1 hour of credit each.
Badges will be scanned when entering a session (including satellite programs). This
information will be used to verify attendance for continuing education credits and
will be used exclusively by the HFSA. No information will be sold or shared
outside the HFSA.
