CME Certificates on-line: (link opens 10/10)

All credit certificates for physicians and nurses will be available on-site at this year's Annual Scientific Meeting. Kiosks will be located in the registration area to obtain certificates on-site.

CME Information

The Heart Failure Society of America is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

Scientific Program

The Heart Failure Society of America designates the Scientific Program for a maximum of 19 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ and the Sunday Excellence in Basic Science Session for a maximum of 2.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in these activities.

Nurses

This program has been approved by the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN) for 19 Contact Hours, Synergy CERP Category A, File number 00016043.

Satellite Symposia

Credits will be provided for physicians and nurses who attend satellite symposium programs. Satellite symposia on Sunday each provide 2 hrs of credit, Monday and Tuesday satellites provide 1 hr credit each.

Badges will be automatically scanned when entering a session (including satellite programs). This information will be used to identify attendance for continuing education credits and will be used exclusively by the HFSA. No information will be sold or shared with anyone outside the HFSA.
