CE Credit Information for Scientific Program

Physicians

The Heart Failure Society of America is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The Heart Failure Society of America designates this live activity for a maximum of 23.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Nurses

This program has been approved by the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN) for 24.0 contact hours, Synergy CERP Category A, File number 00018857.

Pharmacists

The CU Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. This program has been accredited for up to 18.5 contact hours. To receive CE credit for this seminar, participants must complete all evaluations for programs attended and provide their NABP eProfile ID number and month and day of their birthdate. CE credit will be uploaded to CPE monitor within 60 days.
