Scientific Program

The Heart Failure Society of America designates this live activity for a maximum of 25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

Nurses

This program has been approved by the American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN) for 25.1 Contact Hours, Synergy CERP Category A, File number 00018433.

Pharmacists

The CU Skaggs School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education as a provider of continuing pharmacy education. This program has been accredited for up to 18.75 contact hours. Satellite Symposia

Credits will be provided for physicians and nurses who attend satellite symposium programs. Satellite symposia on Sunday each provide 2 hrs of credit, Monday and Tuesday satellites provide 1 or 1.5 hours of credit each.

Badges will be scanned when entering a session (including satellite programs). This information will be used to identify attendance for continuing education credits and will be used exclusively by the HFSA. No information will be sold or shared with anyone outside the HFSA.
