The HFSA is Looking for the Next Generation of Heart Failure Specialists
The Heart Failure Society of America (HFSA) has made a commitment to dedicate time and resources to support
cardiology fellows interested in heart failure as a career path. The rapid development of drugs and devices for
heart failure and the emerging discoveries in molecular and genomic medicine have created an exciting clinical
and investigational environment that has established heart failure as one of the leading sub-disciplines of cardiology.
On January 26, 2008 the HFSA will hold a one-day conference at the
Turnberry Isle Resort & Club, Aventura, Florida designed to
introduce cardiology fellows in training to the vast array of career options in heart failure.

State-of-the-art updates, small group discussions, and informal one-on-one time will be provided to enlighten
